Basic Service

Mowing

Accessible turf areas mowed per customer service agreement. Grass clippings are mulched when possible, composted on site, or removed to an organic waste recycling center.

Organic Soil Treatment

Organic fertilization and soil treatment program customized to your region and soil type. Weed control available.

Trimming

Turf areas adjacent to curbs, sidewalks, driveways & patios trimmed.

Edging

Edging performed at start of service each season and maintained through the year.

Blowing/Clean-up

Sidewalks, patios, porches & driveways blown with each mowing.

Optional Services

Spring/Fall Clean Up

We remove leaves and other tree limbs or twigs from your yard and beds. We recycle the debris at a composting facility or locate them at a suitable area for pickup by municipal services

Mulching

Mulching consists of clean up and weeding of all beds to be mulched, selection of the desired mulch, delivery and installation of the mulch. Mulching is done annually. All costs associated with purchasing and delivering mulch are extra and paid by the customer.

Aeration

Aeration is recommended at least once in the fall. An outside service with a partner firm may perform these services if selected.

Trimming/Pruning Shrubs

All shrubs under 7' tall to be trimmed as requested.

Gardening

Gardening is performed as requested and may include removal of all weeds from requested beds, removal of spent flower heads or pruning. Reoccurrence of weeds may require more weeding.
